The Opportunity

Are you skilled in the art of 3D development, perhaps feeling limited by the game industry’s scope? Join us at Stemble to craft atomic components and interactions that redefine educational simulations. We’re looking for a talented Three.js Developer passionate about leveraging technology for educational advancement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in crafting detailed, immersive simulations, contributing directly to projects that make a difference in the educational sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive 3D lab simulations using TypeScript and Three.js, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in educational technology. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to align simulation projects with our educational goals, incorporating AI and other technologies to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, focusing on innovation, quality, and impact.
  • Commit to excellence in code quality and organization, advocating for best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on 3D development or game development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of Three.js.
  • A portfolio showcasing your contributions to projects, preferably within the realms of game development or educational simulations.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, creativity, and an innovative approach to technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Working knowledge of the scientific method and a passion for science and education would be a strong asset,
  • Experience with remote work and contributing to distributed teams is a plus.
